International Shipping

International Shipping is 55 euros per order.

We ship via DHL Express. The goods are delivered within 20 business days.

 

Customs Import Taxes

Please keep in mind that the shipment may be subject to your local customs import taxes. In most of the countries, your customs import taxes (e.g. your local VAT, duty costs) are to be paid at the moment of delivery to the DHL courier. Depending on your country’s “de minimis”, these costs may vary. For more information on that, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns

You can return your goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. You can return them for further exchange of the goods or to get refunded. All the costs related to the return of goods are at the charge of the customer. In case of the refund, you will receive the whole amount of the purchased goods excluded from the amount that we paid for our local import costs (upon invoice if they exist).
